Jane Donnelly works with clients individually looking at and listening to the whole body.  “Energy follows thought”, therefore much of what we think creates the body we live in.  Awareness of how we think is key to living in the present moment rather than living by past experiences.  Through breathing techniques, meditation and visualization the unknown slowly becomes known.  Jane works with clients who suffer from past trauma, anxiety and panic attacks, often referred to her by their therapist.

Jane also teaches yoga classes in several studios and corporations throughout West Michigan.  She hopes to inspire you to shake off the dust, honor shadow and light and emerge from within to be the most vibrant you!  Jane uses yoga, movement, meditation, essential oils, mantra, breath work and energy healing to help you discover your purpose; and live with joy from the purest, most authentic space within you!
